While a Profit & Loss Statement (P&L) helps with deeper financial analysis (especially for labor and overhead), I can still provide clear, actionable insights using just your POS sales report. That report alone shows what’s selling, what’s slowing you down, and where your best opportunities lie.
If you have a P&L, I’ll absolutely use it. If not, a Point of Sale (POS) system report is required to work together. Without it, there isn’t enough visibility to offer real, data-driven recommendations.

You’re not expected to be an accountant. I’ll walk you through the parts that matter, specifically around food purchases, margins, and waste. So, you can make smarter decisions without feeling overwhelmed. You’ll leave understanding your numbers, not just looking at them.
